Friendship

Sometimes we focus so much on our own problems, that they become the only thing we can see.
It's kind of like when you read a book, you get into it so much that you can barely pay attention to real life.
The main difference is that a book is someone else's story, something that might make us feel sad, furious, anxious, happy... But at the end it won't affect our life. Problems do.
But they have to be there, they are part of our life, they make us stronger, they teach us tons of things about life. As a matter of fact if they didn't exist life wouldn't make sense. But I don't want to tell you about problems, that might happen sometime later on this blog.
What I came here to write about is to stop focusing one hundred percent on them and start looking for a spark on our life. And what I mean by this is that sometimes there are a lot of little things that we can do to make our life happier. I want to talk about one thing on particular.
Making other people happy.

Yes, you might think that that doesn't make sense if we are talking about finding good things in our life. And what I want you to think about is that sometimes we focus so much on our own happyness that we forget that making a relative, a friend, or even a perfect stranger smile is the biggest reason to have a smile in your face.
Laughter and smiles, they are as contagious as a virus or a disease. It's recommended to stop  trying so hard to find a reason to smile around you, and just putting a smile in someone else's face by  treating them like you would like to be treated.

When you have made that one other person smile, you'll feel happy, complete, and optimist. And you will understand me when I say that the best way to be happy is make people around you happy as well.
